You will receive an invoice via email in the month following completion of your requested analysis. Your invoice will need to be paid in full within 30 calendar days from the invoice date.

Sample details can be located on the Backing Sheet that is supplied along with your invoice.
Full details of requirements can be found on our bottle list here(opens in a new tab). This will give you details of the bottle type required for Parameters Analysed, any preservation that the bottle contains, detailed filling instructions and if the sampling container requires refrigeration.
Our laborotory where we undertake all testing and sampling is in Farnborough, Hampshire, but we have a team of seven courier drivers and samplers covering the South East of England, Oxfordshire and Wiltshire.
Samples can also be dropped off at our Farnborough laboratory if you're local, or at our Head Office in Snodland, Kent.
